Supported Territories

Filomou is offered only through the App Store or Google Play storefronts that Dev.Enkrio has deliberately enabled. If the app is not listed in your country or region, the Service is not offered there. Availability can also change when a provider, law, sanction or technical requirement changes.

Provider and sanctions restrictions

Filomou depends on Google’s paid Gemini API. It is not offered where that API is unavailable or where providing the Service would breach export-control, sanctions or provider rules. This currently includes, without limitation, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Afghanistan and Myanmar. The provider’s current country list controls if it changes.

Travel

Where Filomou is offered is controlled by the App Store and Google Play storefronts we have enabled, which is a control on distribution: it decides who can install and purchase, not where an installed app is afterwards carried. So travelling outside the listed territories will not usually stop the app working by itself.

It is still not permitted. Under our Terms the Service may be used only in territories where we and our providers make it available, and you must not use a VPN, a false store location or any other method to evade a territorial restriction or a sanctions control. We may withdraw access where we find that happening. Availability can also change at any time when a provider, law or sanction changes.

Launch-country list

Filomou is offered in the European Economic Area only: the 27 member states of the European Union, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

In full — Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

The Service is not offered in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, or anywhere else outside the list above. This is a deliberate choice, not an oversight, and it is reviewed before any expansion.

Access is currently by invitation while the Service is in testing. Being in a listed country does not by itself mean you can download the app yet.

The app and this website are provided in English, with Dutch versions of the legal pages. We do not currently provide these documents in other EEA languages, and we do not market the Service in other EEA languages. If that changes for a given country, the documents for that language will follow.
